Our Service to Employers

We provide personally negotiated work-based learning programmes that add value to your business.

For businesses, work-based learning has many benefits, including:

  • greater contributions to company staff development strategy.

As part of our service, we will secure funding for the development of your staff.

We work with schools and colleges to provide training placements for learners. This is as a training position with a weekly training rate of £97.50 per week. At the end of the training, you may wish to employ the learner as a full time position or we will support the learner to find full time employment.
