Team Leading & Management Apprenticeships

Level 2 (Intermediate) Team Leading

An Intermediate Apprenticeship in Team Leading is suitable for individuals working in various job roles including supervisors, office team leaders, warehouse controllers, or for anyone who is looking to develop their Team Leading skills in preparation for enhanced career prospects.

No formal qualifications required.

Level 3 (Advanced) Management

An advanced Apprenticeship in Management is suitable for individuals working in various job roles including supervisors, managers, or for anyone who is looking to develop their Management skills in preparation for enhanced career prospects.

No formal qualifications required.

Level 5 (Higher) Management

The Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management has been developed to support those working as managers, senior managers, heads of department, directors and those working in a range of other senior management positions.

There are no qualification entry requirements for this Higher Apprenticeship. However it is expected that Level 5 Higher Apprentices will have significant experience of working at a middle management level, to ensure they have the suitable foundations on which to further build their knowledge and skills.

CUSTOMER SERVICE APPRENTICESHIPS

Customer Service Apprenticeships

Level 2 (Intermediate) Customer Service

An intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service is suitable for individuals who undertake a customer service role and recognises that employment in the customer service sector involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing.

No formal qualifications are required.

Level 3 (Advanced) Customer Service

An advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service is suitable for individuals who will be delivering and managing service and will be accountable in the area of practice. Candidates will be working without direct supervision or on their own, such as in a commercial customer service environment.
